Terms and Conditions for 3 Years Free Servicing

 

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of 3 years of free servicing (“Offer”) provided by Dave Benson Caravans Pty Ltd (“Company”) to eligible customers. By participating in this Offer, the customer agrees to abide by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

This Offer is applicable to customers who purchase a new Caravan or Hybrid Caravan between 23/12/2024 and 31/01/2025.

The Offer is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser or owner of the product.

3. Scope of the Offer

The free servicing covers only routine maintenance and scheduled services as per the manufacturer’s guidelines.

The Offer includes the cost of labor and specific consumables, if applicable, such as grease, silicone spray.

The Offer excludes:

Repairs due to accidents, misuse, or negligence.

Replacement of non-covered parts or components eg, worn brake magnets, brake shoes and bearings.

Services or repairs outside the manufacturer’s recommended schedule.

 

4. Validity Period

The free servicing is valid for 3 years and 6 months from the date of purchase.

Your 1st warranty service must be within 6 months of Caravan handover, 12 months service within 18 months of Caravan handover, 24 months service within 30 months of Caravan handover and 36 months service within 42 months of van purchase.

Unused services cannot be carried forward or redeemed for cash.

5. Service Procedure

Services must be conducted by Dave Benson Caravans Service Department.

Appointments are required, and customers must provide at least 25 days’ notice for scheduling.

Please mention that you are on the Free Service Program when booking in for your service.

Failure to adhere to scheduled service intervals may void the Offer.

6. Limitations and Exclusions

The Offer is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.

The Company reserves the right to refuse service if the product is found to have been altered or serviced by unauthorized personnel.

7. Modifications and Termination

The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice.

Any modifications will not affect customers who have already qualified for the Offer.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia.
